“Fade to Black”

The collection was inspired by paintings of tamara de lempicka.
I found an extreme sense of luxury and refinement in them, at the same time i found cool aspects in mod culture were hipsters would dress to impress and act up against each other to be kind of the coolest.
these men i tried to put in a evening city scene by taking art deco architectural elements and translating them into 2dimensional embroidery.

All these things combined is for me a collection which is appropriate for the times we live in and how i see men dressing themselves nowadays.
The image i want to give is macho but still sophisticated man who only wants the best for himself.
